Albuin Schwarz (born June 8, 1969 in Innsbruck ) is an Austrian duathlete and triathlete .

Career

The multiple state and vice state champion began triathlon in 1990.
In October 1997 he started at the Ironman Hawaii and finished as the best Austrian in 90th place. In 1999 he became Austrian Vice State Champion on the short distance triathlon (1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running) at the Kirchbichl Triathlon.

In 2006 he became Vice State Champion on the Duathlon short distance.

State champion cross-triathlon 2008

In 2008, alongside Carina Wasle, he became state champion of the cross-striathlon (1 km swimming, 27 km mountain bike and 9.6 km cross-country run).
The Tyrolean Albuin Schwarz starts for the Raika Tri Team Telfs and was a member of the duathlon squad of the Austrian Triathlon Association in 2011/12 . He lives in Telfs .

In June 2017, the 48-year-old finished seventh in the age group 45–49 at the European Championships on the Olympic short distance in Kitzbühel .
