Based on the reports, Borer resigned from the civil service at his own request - anticipating a transfer. His wife, Shawne Fielding , miscarried. A few months later it was discovered that Rowe had received $ 10,000 from Blick for making a false statement. Ringier also had to pay compensation to the Superillu : Würzbach had penetrated the Superillu archive under the pretext of researching a report on East Germany and had secretly photographed Rowes' nude photos published by the Illustrierte in 1992. Blick editor-in-chief Mathias Nolte , his deputy Ralph Große-Bley (Würzbach's husband) and Alexandra Würzbach had to leave Blick .
