All3Media is a globally active British group of production and marketing companies for television films and, to a lesser extent, motion pictures and new media . The group is headquartered in London . The company ( Ltd. ), which is not listed on the stock exchange, is one of the largest independent groups in the industry in the United Kingdom , with sales of £ 241.6 million (equivalent to around EUR 275 million) in 2008. All3Media was created at the end of 2003 after the takeover of the television division of the Chrysalis Group , which was renamed North One Television . The international subsidiaries of IdtV and the sales company IdtV International were merged with Chrysalis Distribution to form All3Media on January 1, 2004 . Further takeovers followed. Since September 2006, the British is private equity -Unternehmen Permira , the largest share owners of All3Media, the residual ratio is in the hands of management.   • filmpool entertainment, Hürth, Cologne, Berlin. Filmpool entertainment GmbH is a company of MME MOVIEMENT AG and is one of the largest independent German film and television producers. Around 800 employees currently work for filmpool at the Hürth, Cologne and Berlin locations. Filmpool has been developing and producing entertainment for TV and the web since 1974. Customers include all major German broadcasters. As the market leader in scripted entertainment, filmpool stands for program brands such as "Berlin - Tag & Nacht" (RTL2), "Verdachtsfälle" (RTL) or "Auf Streife" (Sat.1).
  • filmpool fiction founded in 2012. In 2004 the company became part of MME Moviement AG, a subsidiary of the British All3Media group, and has since produced television films and series for all relevant TV stations. Iris Kiefer is the managing director. The original company filmpool was founded in 1974 by Gisela Marx .
  • MME Moviement AG : founded in 2004 under the direction of the former Sat.1 program director Martin Hoffmann , listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since November 2000, listed on the regulated market since January 2003 and now (August 2009) on the CDAX . In the middle of 2007 MME Moviement was taken over by All3Media, Markus Schäfer took over the overall responsibility for both companies in 2015.
  • MME Moviement was one of the largest independent TV production companies in Germany with sales of EUR 87 million in the 2007/2008 financial year. The MME group is active in the program areas fiction, non-fiction, documentation and show / music under five different labels:
    • AllMedia Pictures , Munich: Created in 2003 as the successor to AllMedia Film- und Fernseh GmbH.     • white balance , Hamburg: founded in 2001 by Jörg Pilawa , who is still managing director after the takeover by MME in 2005.
    • idtV Germany , Cologne: Branch of the Dutch idtV, taken over by MME in October 2007. Marx is still one of the managing directors.
    • Lunet Entertainment , Munich: MME has been involved since 2006. Specialized in comedies and dramedys (including: everything except sex )

The German labels gathered under MME Moviement AG produce, among others, Klinik am Südring , Familien im Brennpunkt , Suspected Cases , The Quiz with Jörg Pilawa (together with Grundy Light Entertainment ), The Dome (largest regular pop music show on German television), the furnishing show series use in 4 walls , police call 110 , low and Kuhnt - investigate commissioners , farmer is looking for a woman , helper with a heart (with Vera Int-Veen ), judge Barbara Salesch , two at Kallwass , housewives strike , parts of the RTL pseudodokusoap Mitten in life , tracks , our best and the cooking show does not taste, does not exist with Tim Mälzer . Among the internationally most successful television formats produced by All3Media are the quiz program Cash Cab (in Germany: Quiz Taxi ), which was exported to over 30 countries with a total of over 2500 episodes, and the crime series Midsomer Murders , which is broadcast in over 200 countries (in Germany: Inspector Barnaby ) and the series Wild at Heart, broadcast in several seasons since 2006 (in the USA and South Africa, less successful, under the title: Life Is Wild ).
