Almosen is a village and a cadastral community of the market town of Göpfritz an der Wild in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 31 building areas with 24,648 m² and 39 gardens on 18,225 m² in the cadastral community Almosen, in 1989/1990 there were 37 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 106 and in 2009/2010 there were 42 buildings on 102 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 260 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 0 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 259 hectares and 1 hectare was designated as forest land. At the end of 2018, 257 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 1 hectare. The average soil climate number of alms is 33.8 (as of 2010).
