action

The former witch hunter Abner Lundberg is forced to take up the fight again when the centuries-old witch Elisabeth Dexter returns. Due to a family curse, she is still looking for victims. But this time Lundberg has reinforcement from the young ghost hunter Edward Carnby, who also tries to hunt down the witch with a magical dagger. When he injured himself with the weapon, fell into a coma-like state and had visions, he was picked up by a troop of PSI mercenaries who were also hunting the witch. Finally, they manage to find the witch's secret laboratory in New York's Central Park and face her there in a final battle.

criticism

“You could go on and on about this almost painfully insignificant nonsense, about its cheap special effects, its wooden dialogues and the almost non-existent dramaturgy. But actually every reasonably experienced film viewer knows instinctively anyway: This film is bad. Not “a little bad”, not “so bad that it's good again”, but simply bad. Bad, bad, bad !!! Did anyone seriously expect anything else? Just. And actually you don't want to get upset about Uwe Boll and his total film failures. But when his non-talented pupils bother us with their amateurism, the fun slowly stops. That is then no longer just superfluous, but outrageous. "
