Alperen Babacan (born July 18, 1997 in Denizli ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

society

Babacan was born in Denizli in 1997 and started playing football at the age of ten in the youth department of Pamukkale Üniversitesi Gençlik Spor . He played there until 2011 and was signed by Denizlispor due to his good performance . In August 2014, Babacan got his first license agreement at the age of 17.

He made his professional debut on December 6, 2014, when he was in the starting line-up in the second division match at the derby against Karşıyaka SK . Babacan has played a total of 40 league games for Denizlispor so far, scoring five goals. In the summer break of 2017 he moved to the Süper Lig to Akhisar Belediyespor .

In January 2018, he returned to Denizlispor for the second half of the season , having only made one appearance in the Süper Lig in the last six months . With Denizlispor he was able to celebrate the championship of the TFF 1st Lig and the promotion to the Süper Lig.

National team

Babacan had his first appearances in the Turkish U-18 national football team in two friendly matches. For the Turkish U-21 selection , he ran eight times.
