Theódór "Teddy" Elmar Bjarnason (born March 4, 1987 in Reykjavík ) is an Icelandic national football player . The left offensive midfielder was first called up in 2007 for the Icelandic national soccer team, but had longer breaks in which he was not considered. At club level he played in Iceland for KR Reykjavík as well as with clubs in Denmark, Norway, Scotland and Sweden. He has been playing in Turkey since 2017.

Theódór played his first game in the championship team of KR Reykjavík one day after his 17th birthday at the start of the season in the Supercup finals on March 5, 2004, but which was lost 3-0 against cup winners ÍA Akranes . In 2003 he first took part with the U-17s in the Nordic U-17 championship and then in the first qualifying round of the U-17 European football championship in 2004 , which Iceland survived, but then failed in the elite round in March 2004 he only played one game at England.
