Tolga Ünlü (born September 10, 1989 in Erlenbach am Main ) is a German-Turkish soccer player who plays for Akhisarspor .

Career

Ünlü was born as the son of Turkish guest workers in Erlenbach am Main and learned to play football in the youth teams of various amateur teams. From 2009 he played for Viktoria Aschaffenburg in the Hessen League . In the summer of 2010, he moved as an amateur player to the then Turkish first division club Konyaspor . There he played one season exclusively for the reserve team.

In the 2011/12 season Konyaspor was imposed a transfer ban on the part of UEFA , so that you had to survive the season with the existing players or with the players from the youth and reserve teams. So Ünlü received a professional contract for the upcoming season and was involved in the professional squad. He made his debut on September 10, 2011 in the league game against Kasımpaşa Istanbul . By the end of the season he had completed 22 league encounters and made it with his team in the relegation of the TFF 1. Lig and thereby missed the elimination in the semifinals and promotion to the Süper Lig .

In the following year he managed with Konyaspor, through the rules, promotion to the Süper Lig and completed his best season to date with 33 appearances.

In the 2013/2014 season he played 22 games for Konyaspor in the Süper Lig. In the 2014/15 winter transfer period, he moved to league rivals Akhisar Belediyespor at the request of head coach Roberto Carlos .

In the summer of 2017, Ünlü moved to the new second division side Büyükşehir Belediye Erzurumspor . With this club he became the play-off winner of the TFF 1st Lig in summer 2018 and rose with him to the Süper Lig . After two seasons, he returned to Akhisarspor for the 2019/20 summer transfer period.
