Uğur Arslan Kuru (born February 16, 1989 in Düzce ) is a Turkish football player .
Career
society
Kuru started with club football in the youth of Düzce Gençlerbirliği and switched to Düzce Belediyespor in 2002. Here the talent scouts from Fenerbahçe Istanbul noticed Kuru and signed him in 2003.
In February 2008 Kuru received a professional contract with Fenerbahçe, but continued to play for the reserve and youth teams. With the 2008/09 season, his club then awarded him three times in a row for the duration of one season to clubs in the TFF 3rd Lig , the fourth-highest Turkish professional league. In the fourth division season 2009/10 he was with Balıkesirspor runner-up in the TFF 3rd Lig and rose to the TFF 2nd Lig . He was promoted to the 2nd Lig with his next loan station. At Altınordu Izmir he was with his team play-off winner of the 2010/11 season .
In the 2011 summer transfer period, he finally left Fenerbahçe and moved to the fourth division Erzurum Büyükşehir Belediyespor . Here he only stayed one season and then moved on to Aydınspor in the 3rd Lig in 1923 . Here he finished with his team the fourth division season 2012/13 as champion and rose to the 2nd league.
After three seasons at Aydınspor 1923, Kuru moved to the second division Altınordu Izmir in the summer of 2015, to the club he had already worked for in the 2010/11 season.
In January 2019 he moved to the second division Gazişehir Gaziantep FK . With this club he became the play-off winner of the TFF 1st Lig in summer 2019 and rose with him to the Süper Lig . For the 2019/20 summer transfer period, he switched to Akhisarspor .
National team
Kuru started his national team career in September 2004 with a commitment for the Turkish U-16 national team. Then he went through all the youth national teams of Turkey up to the Turkish U-19 national team. He completed a total of 63 national team appearances in the junior division and scored one goal.
