Altha is a city in Calhoun County in the US state of Florida with 536 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Altha is about 15 km northwest of Blountstown and about 90 km west of Tallahassee .
Demographic data
According to the 2010 census, the then 536 inhabitants were distributed over 253 households. The population density was 144.9 inh. / Km². 95.1% of the population identified themselves as white, 1.3% as African-American and 0.2% as Asian Americans . 1.3% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 2.1% to several ethnic groups. 4.9% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .
