The Trebbin Office was an office in Brandenburg formed in 1992 , in which thirteen municipalities in the then Luckenwalde and Zossen districts (since 1993 Teltow-Fläming district , Brandenburg) had merged to form an administrative association. The official seat was in the city of Trebbin . The office was dissolved again in 2003 and the municipalities belonging to the office were incorporated into the city of Trebbin. It had last (end of 2002) a total of 9,174 inhabitants.

Geographical location

The Trebbin office bordered the Rehbrücke and Ludwigsfelde-Land offices in the north, the Zossen office and the Am Mellensee office in the east, the Nuthe-Urstromtal office in the south and the Beelitz and Michendorf offices in the west .

history

In the mid-1970s, the Trebbin community association was founded with the communities Blankensee, Christinendorf, Glau, Klein Schulzendorf, Kliestow, Löwendorf, Lüdersdorf Schönhagen, Stangenhagen, Wiesenhagen and the city of Trebbin. On May 19, 1992, the Minister of the Interior gave his consent to the formation of the Trebbin Office with its seat in the city of Trebbin. The office was created with the publication of the notice on June 15, 1992. At the time of its establishment, the office comprised the following communities in what was then the Luckenwalde district :

  5. Kleinschulzendorf (recte Klein Schulzendorf )
  6. Kliestow
  7. Ludersdorf
  8. Märkisch Wilmersdorf
  9. Schönhagen

  11. Thyrow
  12. Wiesenhagen and the city
  13. Trebbin.

At the time of its establishment (deadline: December 31, 1992) the office had 8,077 inhabitants.

On December 31, 1997, the communities Christinendorf, Groß Beuthen, Märkisch Wilmersdorf and Thyrow formed the new community Thyrow. At the same time, the communities of Glau, Kliestow, Wiesenhagen and the city of Trebbin merged to form the new city of Trebbin. On September 27, 1998, the town of Trebbin was joined by the communities of Stangenhagen, Blankensee and Klein Schulzendorf. From September 27, 1998 the Trebbin Office used the administration of the city of Trebbin to fulfill its tasks. On October 26, 2003, the municipalities of Lüdersdorf, Schönhagen and Thyrow were finally incorporated into the city of Trebbin by law, the Trebbin office was dissolved and the city of Trebbin was made vacant. In 2004, the municipality of Thyrow lodged a municipal constitutional complaint against its legally mandated incorporation into the city of Trebbin before the Brandenburg Constitutional Court, but this was rejected.
