The Office Nuthe-Urstromtal was an office in Brandenburg formed in 1992 , in which 20 communities from the then Luckenwalde district (now Teltow-Fläming district ) had come together to form an administrative community. The official seat was the city of Luckenwalde , which, however, did not belong to the office. In 1993 the office was dissolved.

location

The office is located east of the Zauche , south of the Teltow and north of the Fläming in the Baruther glacial valley , after which the office is named. It bordered the city of Trebbin in the north, the Am Mellensee and Baruth / Mark offices in the east, the Niederer Fläming and Jüterbog offices in the south and the city of Luckenwalde and the Treuenbrietzen and Beelitz offices in the west (both districts of Potsdam-Mittelmark ).

The federal highways 101 and 115 as well as the state highways 70, 73, 80, 715, 801 and 812 ran through the official area. In addition, the namesake Nuthe flowed through the office. In addition, the Berlin – Halle railway runs through the office. Part of the Sperenberg airfield is located in the northeast of the former office .
