Lower Fläming Office

The Niederer Fläming office was an office formed in 1992 , in which 19 municipalities of the former Jüterbog district (now the Teltow-Fläming district , Brandenburg ) were combined to form an administrative association. The seat of the official administration was in the municipality of Werbig . It was dissolved again in 2003 with the incorporation of the last official municipalities into the municipality of Niederer Fläming. The Niederer Fläming community became vacant.

Geographical location

The Niederer Fläming office bordered in the north and northwest on the Jüterbog office and the Nuthe-Urstromtal office , in the northeast on the Baruth / Mark office , in the east on the Dahme / Mark office , in the south on the Schönewalde office , in the southwest on the country Saxony-Anhalt and in the west to the Niedergörsdorf office .

On September 4, 1992, the Minister of the Interior gave his consent to the formation of the Niederer Fläming office with its seat in Werbig. September 6, 1992 was set as the date on which the office was established. At the time of foundation, the office comprised the municipalities:

On December 31, 1997, the communities Blönsdorf , Danna , Dennewitz , Langenlipsdorf , Malterhausen , Niedergörsdorf , Oehna , Rohrbeck , Schönefeld , Seehausen and Wergzahna ( Niedergörsdorf Office ), Bochow, Zellendorf (Niederer Fläming Office) and Altes Lager ( Jüterbog Office ) joined forces. to form a new municipality Niedergörsdorf. At the same time, the Niedergörsdorf office was dissolved, Bochow and Zellendorf thus left the Niederer Fläming office. On December 11, 1997, the Minister of the Interior of Brandenburg approved the merger of the communities of Borgisdorf, Graefendorf, Hohenahlsdorf, Hohengörsdorf, Meinsdorf, Nonnendorf, Reinsdorf, Riesdorf, Schlenzer, Sernow, Waltersdorf, Welsickendorf, Werbig and Wiepersdorf to form a new community of Niederer Fläming . This left only the municipalities of Ihlow, Herbersdorf, Hohenseefeld and Niederer Fläming in the Niederer Fläming district. Ihlow merged with the communities of Bollensdorf , Illmersdorf , Mehlsdorf , Niendorf , Rietdorf ( Amt Dahme / Mark ) to form the new community Ihlow and switched to the Amt Dahme / Mark. Hohenseefeld was incorporated into the municipality of Niederer Fläming on August 1, 2002, Herbersdorf followed on October 26, 2003. This also dissolved the Niederer Fläming office.

Office Director

The only official director was Ernst Werner. After the office was terminated, he was also the full-time mayor of the Niederer Fläming community from 2003 to December 7, 2011.
