District court Braubach

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Braubach District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Braubach .

history

With Section 12 of the ordinance of February 22, 1867, the separation of administration and justice was ordered after Nassau was annexed by Prussia . This was not the case in the Duchy of Nassau . The offices were both administrative districts and courts of first instance. The Braubach office existed in Braubach . With ordinances of June 26, 1867 and August 21, 1867, the judicial function was transferred to the newly created district courts, including the Braubach District Court. The Braubach District Court was initially subordinate to the Limburg District Court .

The municipalities of the former Braubach office belonged to the judicial district of the Braubach District Court, unless they were assigned to the Oberlahnstein District Court .

On October 1, 1879, the changes to the Courts Constitution Act came into force. The Braubach District Court remained, but the Wiesbaden District Court now replaced the dissolved Limburg District Court .

With the savings ordinance of July 30, 1932, the court was repealed.
