from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The district court Naststätten was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Nastatten .

history

With Section 12 of the ordinance of February 22, 1867, the separation of administration and justice was ordered after Nassau was annexed by Prussia . This was not the case in the Duchy of Nassau . The offices were both administrative districts and courts of first instance. In Braubach the office was Nastaetten . With ordinances of June 26, 1867 and August 21, 1867, the judicial function was transferred to the newly created district courts, including the district court of Nastätten. The District Court of Naststätten was initially subordinate to the District Court of Limburg .

The municipalities of the former Braubach office belonged to the judicial district of the district court of Nastätten, unless they were assigned to the district court of Oberlahnstein .

On October 1, 1879, the changes to the Courts Constitution Act came into force. The district court of Naststätten remained, but the district court of Wiesbaden took the place of the dissolved Limburg district court .

Since Naststätten was assigned to Rhineland-Palatinate after 1945 and Wiesbaden to Hesse , the Montabaur district court was assigned to the judicial district of the Koblenz district court .
