an-Nuqat al-Chams , Arabic النقاط الخمس, DMG an-Nuqāṭ al-Ḫams , is a municipality located in the northwest of the Libyan Arab Republic , in the historical region of Tripolitania . The capital of an-Nuqat al-Chams is Zuwara .
geography
In the west, -Nuqat al-Chams borders Tunisia . In the north the municipality borders on the Mediterranean Sea, in the hinterland it borders on the following municipalities:
- Zawiya Municipality - East
- Al-Jebel al-Gharbi Municipality - Southeast

Administrative history
