André Beaulieux worked as a racing driver for the French car manufacturers Panhard & Levassor and Monopole in the 1950s . He competed five times in the 24 Hours of Le Mans , where he failed to make it into the final classification. In 1954 he crossed the finish line, but was not classified due to insufficient distance covered. Aside from Le Mans, he finished fifth overall at the 1950 Paris 12-hour race and seventh at the 1958 Paris Grand Prix . Both races took place at the Autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry .
