In addition, she appeared in her third final in the UEFA Women's Cup in a row and was one of the goalscorers twice in the 5-0 away win at 1. FFC Frankfurt , which guaranteed to win the title again. In the same year she was part of the national team at the Summer Olympics in Athens . After being eliminated in the semi-finals against the Brazilian national team , after another defeat against Germany, she finished fourth with the selection and remained without a medal. Also at the European Championships in 2005 she was a member of the team that was eliminated in the semifinals after a 2-3 defeat after extra time despite two goals in the duel against Norway.

In the seasons 2005 and 2006 Sjöström won again the Swedish national championship with Umeå IK under coach Andrée Jeglertz at the side of Anna Paulson , Lisa Dahlkvist and Karolina Westberg .
