Antaviliai

pension

Antaviliai is a district of the Lithuanian capital Vilnius , in the northeast of the city center, on the Vilnius- Švenčionys - Zarasai highway . It belongs to the Antakalnis County of Vilnius Municipality . The place has been known as a manor since the 18th century . There is a chapel, pension for the elderly , a cemetery.

The alleged existence of a secret CIA torture prison for up to eight terror suspects at the same time in a former riding school was initiated by the US media. The European Court of Human Rights regards it as proven that a secret dungeon of the CIA was located here from around 2005 to 2006 under the name "Site Violet".
