Saltoniškės is a district of the Lithuanian capital Vilnius , between Žvėrynas and Šnipiškės . It belongs to the Žvėrynas County of Vilnius Municipality . The Neris flows on the spot . Saltoniškės has the Saltoniškės Cemetery , the Lithuanian University of Education , the Panorama Trade Center , and the Hanner verslo centras office building . In 2019 the site will be expanded and the infrastructure will be reconstructed.
