Aransas Pass is a city in San Patricio County , Aransas County and Nueces County in the US state of Texas in the United States .

geography

The city is located in three different counties in southeast Texas, on Redfish Bay on the Gulf of Mexico , about 33 km northeast of Corpus Christi and has a total area of ​​134.3 km², of which 106.5 km² is water. The distance to San Antonio in the northwest is about 230 km, to Houston in the northeast about 280 km.
