Life

Levitt, whose father Arthur Levitt senior was New York State Comptroller from 1955 to 1978 and whose mother was an elementary school teacher, completed an undergraduate degree at Williams College after attending the Polytechnic Preparatory Country Day School in Brooklyn , which he received in 1952 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA ) completed.
