Asenkofen is a part of the municipality of Neufahrn in Niederbayern in the Lower Bavarian district of Landshut .

Geography and transport links

Asenkofen is located about one kilometer west of the core town of Neufahrn in the valley of the Kleine Laber on the south side of this stream. On the other side of the Laber is the district of Winklsaß .

State road St 2142, which connects Neufahrn with Rottenburg an der Laaber , runs through the village . The B 15 runs a good one kilometer east and the B 15n just under a kilometer west of Asenkofen.
