The third German studio album by the German songwriter Reinhard Mey is from my diary and was released by Intercord in 1970 .

content

The western film production is parodied in the opening piece Die Ballade vom Pfeifer .

The song " representative visit" dares to take a critical look at politics . Mey asks a Globus representative to appear again in 2003, hoping that the border disputes will have settled over the 33 years, so that it is worth buying a Globus.

Love songs are In my garden , You, my friend , The song from the music box and Once again I have learned .

In the song From my diary , Mey praises the sadness of the guest workers and in Come, pour my glass again , Mey processes memories. In the trilogy on Mrs. Pohl , Mey settles accounts with the landlady during his student days, who sublet him a room in Berlin SO 36 .

Swan song , Really another year and hello, yesterday are contemplative pieces between joie de vivre and premonition of death.
