Aya Hisakawa ( Japanese 久 川 綾 , Hisakawa Aya ; born November 12, 1968 in Kaizuka , Osaka Prefecture , Japan ) is a Japanese voice actress ( seiyū ) and J-pop singer. She works as a voice actress for the Aoni Production agency .
