The Amsterdam Holendrecht station ( Dutch station Amsterdam Holendrecht ) is a through station of the Dutch railway company NS in the southeast of the Dutch capital Amsterdam .

history

The above-ground underground station was opened on October 16, 1977, as the southern end of the M54 metro line. 1982 extended to its present end point Gein . The M50 has also stopped at the station since May 28, 1997. In March 2007, construction work began on the Holendrecht station. Commissioning took place at the timetable change on December 14th. The station is located between the Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena station and Abcoude . Only regional trains stop. The station has two tracks for the metro and right next to it two tracks for train traffic.
