The Tilburg station is the largest station in the Dutch city of Tilburg , as well as 34,503 passengers a day by the stations Eindhoven Centraal and 's-Hertogenbosch the frequented third most station of the province Noord-Brabant . It is the central hub in urban public transport . National regional and long-distance trains run at the station .

history

The first station was opened on October 5, 1863 with the section between Breda and Tilburg. The section to Eindhoven was opened in 1866, the section to Nijmegen in 1881. The station was given its current appearance in 1965.
