In 2001 he was promoted to Bayern's regional league team and their regular players and was also part of the extended Bundesliga squad, but remained on April 12, 2003 (28th matchday) in the 0-1 defeat in the home game against Werder Bremen Without any effort. In 2003 he was a member of the second division team SpVgg Unterhaching and stayed there for two years before he moved to higher geographical and tabular regions, to SpVgg Greuther Fürth .

With the clover leaves he was fifth in the 2005/06 season , but came in the following year with the ambitious club only to four appearances in the first half of the season. During the 2006/07 season , in January 2007, he was loaned by the relegation-threatened league competitor Rot-Weiss Essen as a reinforcement.

For the 2007/08 season Barut made a free transfer to Turkish first division club Kasımpaşa Istanbul , for whom he made his debut on November 10, 2007 (12th match day) in the 1: 3 home defeat against Gençlerbirliği Ankara , played 20 league games and also scored one goal (on 4. May 2008–2033th matchday - in a 2-1 away win against Manisaspor ). From September 20, 2008 (4th game day) to November 29, 2009 (14th game day), he completed 38 league games (3 goals) for league rivals MKE Ankaragücü across the seasons before moving to league rivals Konyaspor during the winter break . For this he came to the league five times; for the first time on January 31, 2011 (19th matchday) in the 0-1 defeat in the away game against Eskişehirspor, the last time on 5 March 2011 (24th matchday) in the 0-2 defeat in the home game against his former club MKE Ankaragücü.

For the second half of the 2011/12 season he moved to the second division Adanaspor . Here you reached the end of the season to the playoff final of the TFF 1st Lig . In the final they lost to Kasımpaşa Istanbul 2: 3 in extra time and thus missed promotion to the Süper Lig only in the last encounter.

For the 2012/13 season he moved to league rivals Boluspor , for whom he made his league debut in the 81st minute for Emre Kılınç in a 2-2 draw in the away game against Samsunspor on September 23, 2012 (4th matchday) .
