The 2003 Oceania Basketball Championship for women , the tenth Oceania Basketball Championship for women , took place between September 12-14 , 2003 in Davenport and Launceston , Australia , which was the fifth time the championship was held. The winner was the host , who won the title for the ninth time. In the series New Zealand could be beaten 2-0. Since the series was decided, a third game was omitted.
