The 2007 Oceania Basketball Championship , the twelfth women's Oceania Basketball Championship , took place between September 26 and 29, 2007 in Dunedin , New Zealand , which was the seventh time the championship was held. The winner was the team from Australia , which won the title for the eleventh time. In the final, the host was clearly beaten.

Since Australia, as the reigning world champion, was automatically qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics , New Zealand also qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing , People's Republic of China, by reaching the finals . Fiji qualified for the qualifying tournament .
