The 1995 Oceania Basketball Championship , the twelfth Oceania Basketball Championship , took place between June 18 and 22, 1995 in Sydney , Australia , which hosted the championship for the fifth time. The winner was the host , who won the title for the twelfth time. In the finals was New Zealand are clearly beaten. For the third time, besides Australia and New Zealand, another team took part in the tournament. For American Samoa it was the first participation in the tournament.
