The Beijing Senova X25 is a crossover SUV produced by the Beijing Motor Corporation of China . The brand is Beijing and the sub-brand is Senova . The manufacturer himself describes Senova as a series .
history
The vehicle was presented at the Chengdu Auto Show in September 2015. It is based on the Beijing Senova D20, which was built between 2014 and 2017, and is positioned below the Beijing Senova X35 . The SUV has been on sale in China since December 2015. The X25 has been available in Germany through the importer Indimo since the end of 2016 . The car is also available in many Latin American countries .
The Changhe Q25 , which has been available in China since March 2016, is based on the Beijing Senova X25.
Technical specifications
The Beijing Senova X25 is powered by a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 85 kW (116 hp) from Mitsubishi Motors . The SUV has a 5-speed manual transmission as standard, a 4- speed automatic transmission is optionally available. Four-wheel drive is not available.

BJEV EX360
Under the brand BJEV a battery-electric powered variant of the X25 as since April 2018 BJEV EX360 offered in China. The vehicle is powered by an 80 kW (109 PS) electric motor with 230 Nm torque and should accelerate to 100 km / h in around ten seconds. The manufacturer specifies the maximum speed as a governed 125 km / h. The 48 kWh lithium-ion battery should enable a range of around 300 km with a mixed driving style. The battery-powered version has also been available in Paraguay since August 2018 .
