The Beijing Yongshi is an off-road vehicle for the military from the Beijing brand .

description

Beijing Benz-DaimlerChrysler Automotive , the successor company of the Beijing Jeep Corporation , presented the model in May 2005 as the Beijing BJ2S Warrior . Series production began in 2006. In June 2007, Beijing Automobile Works took over production.

The open version BJ 2022 JC and the station wagon BJ 2022 JLC are mentioned .

One source mentions a diesel engine with 3.2 liter cc displacement , turbocharger and 115 hp . In another source, the displacement is specified to 3153 cm³, the power is given as 101.5 kW and Nissan is named as the engine manufacturer. Another source gives two different four-cylinder engines : the gasoline engine with 2.7 liter displacement produces 110 kW and the diesel engine with 3 liter displacement 101.5 kW.

The transmission has five gears.

Two wheelbases of 2600 mm and 2800 mm are available. The vehicles are 4490 mm or 4690 mm long, 1825 mm wide and 1950 mm or 2150 mm high. The curb weight is given as 2005 kg or 2055 kg. The short version offers space for five people and the long version for eight. Another source confirms the dimensions, but gives 2120 kg and 2170 kg curb weight.

In 2008 there were plans to offer a civil version as the B60 from 2009 .

One source cites zero vehicles for 2006 and 2275 for 2275.

The oldest known number in another source is 1941 vehicles for 2009. In the following years 4371, 3076, 2600 and 1409 vehicles were registered. A low point was reached in 2014 with 272 new registrations. Then they rose again over 440, 483, 1021 to 3374 in 2018. In 2019 2044 vehicles were registered. Numbers are also known for 2020.
