Bekir Yılmaz (born March 6, 1988 in Izmir ) is a Turkish football player.

Career

Yılmaz played in his youth from 2000 to 2006 at Buca Belediye until he moved to the second division Bucaspor , where he made his debut on August 20 in a 2-0 win over Turgutluspor and came on as a substitute in the 89th minute. On November 22nd, he scored the equalizer in the 1: 1 draw against Alanyaspor in the 85th minute, making him his first ever professional goal. In the following years he conquered a regular place in midfield and played 106 games for Bucaspor, in which he scored eight goals. In 2010 he moved to the first division club Manisaspor . On August 29, 2010 he made his debut for Manisaspor in the 2-4 defeat by Fenerbahçe Istanbul .

In the spring of 2014, Yılmaz moved to the first division side Bursaspor . He made his debut for Bursa on January 25, 2014 in the Süper Lig game against Eskişehirspor , where he came on in the 71st minute. In mid-August 2016, he moved within the Süper Lig to Adanaspor, who were promoted to the south of Turkey . For the 2018/9 season he moved to the second division Gençlerbirliği Ankara . Here he succeeded with his club the runner-up in the league and thus the direct rise.

When his contract ended in the summer of 2019, Yılmaz left the capital and was signed by the second division Giresunspor .
