Muhammed Himmet Ertürk (born January 3, 1994 in Nazilli ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Ertürk was born in Nazilli in 1994 and started playing soccer at the age of eleven in the Pamukspor youth department . After three years he moved to the Denizlispor professional club within the Denizli province . After another four successful youth years, he was committed to the U-19 from Beşiktaş Istanbul for the 2012/13 season .

After his youth he moved back to Denizlispor. In order to collect match practice, he was loaned to fourth division club Kırıkhanspor for the second half of the 2013/14 season.

He made his professional debut in the second division encounter on November 23, 2014, when he was in the starting line-up in the game Denizlispor against Antalyaspor .

After a convincing season at Denizlispor, he moved to league rivals Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor in summer 2015 and spent three years there.

After 56 championship appearances and three goals, Ertürk moved back to Denizlispor in June 2018 , where he was unable to prevail under coach Yücel İldiz (14 short appearances). With Denizlispor he was able to celebrate the championship of the TFF 1st Lig 2018/19 and the promotion to the Süper Lig.
