Benjamin Bilski, Founder & CEO SwipeStox and Board Member NAGA Group AG

Benjamin Bilski (born August 11, 1988 in Bad Soden am Taunus ) is a former German swimmer and internet entrepreneur. He is the managing director of the social trading app SwipeStox and the founder and board member of The NAGA Group AG. In addition, Bilski is co-founder of Angelplatz.de .

Personal history

After graduating from high school in 2008 at the Carl-von-Ossietzky-Gymnasium in Wiesbaden , he studied from 2010 to 2013 at the accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg . From 2013 to 2014 he studied at the EBS University of Economics and Law and graduated with a master's degree in management.

Athletic career

At the beginning of 2000, Bilski started swimming at the Hessian SG Wetterau and was able to put himself at the top of his age groups in the disciplines freestyle and back early on . After moving to SC Wiesbaden 1911 eV in 2004, Bilski was appointed to the youth national team of the German Swimming Association . Professional background

At the age of 15 he was selling MP3 players on the Internet . Since 2009 he has been selling fishing accessories online and founded the online shop angelplatz.de .

In January 2015, Bilski set up a social network for stock market traders with the SwipeStox app. The app has several hundred thousand users and is financed , among others, by the German private bank Hauck & Aufhäuser . SwipeStox employed 40 people in three European locations in August 2016.

At the same time, Bilski founded the FinTech company The Naga Group AG together with Yasin Sebastian Qureshi (founder of Varengold Bank ) and his colleague Christoph Brück , which took over the SwipeStox activities and developed other business models in the financial sector.
