Berghof is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Neustadtl an der Donau municipality in the Amstetten district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were 51 building areas on a total of 31793 m² and 36 gardens on 181306 m² in the area of ​​the cadastral community. Also in 1989/1990 there were 51 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 103, with 81 buildings in existence. In 2009/2010 there were 78 buildings on 128 construction areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 332 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 258 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 325 hectares and 274 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 316 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 273 hectares. Berghof's average soil climate number is 28.1 (as of 2010).
