Kleinwolfstein is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Neustadtl an der Donau municipality in the Amstetten district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were 66 building areas in Kleinwolfstein with a total of 38,623 m² and 51 gardens on 192,708 m², in 1989/1990 there were already 67 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 138 and in 2009/2010 there were 95 buildings on 140 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 5189 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 1128 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was practiced on 4986 hectares and 1394 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 4921 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 1363 hectares. Kleinwolfstein's average soil climate is 36.3 (as of 2010).
