Bernardus Marie Manders (born March 12, 1962 in Roermond , Netherlands ) is a Dutch actor .

Life

After graduating from high school, Manders completed an apprenticeship as a hotel manager at a Dutch hotel management school . In the program "Let yourself be surprised" Rudi Carrell offered him a small actor role in an episode of the Tatort series . From 1994 to 1997 he attended a private drama school in Cologne. His acting studies ended with a successful examination at the ZBF .

In the Dutch crime series Flikken Maastricht , Manders took on a leading role as a guest in season 7 in three episodes. First broadcast in spring 2013.

In 2014 Manders was in front of the camera in 20 episodes for the international children's series "Hotel 13". The recordings for this - both in the studio and on location - took place in Belgium.

In 2014 Manders won three prizes at the International Short Film Festival FENACO Cusco, Peru, with the short film Eves Apfel.

Manders is divorced and lives in Berlin. Besides the capital, Menorca is his adopted home.
