The great restaurant & hotel guide
The Große Restaurant & Hotel Guide , also known colloquially as the Bertelsmann Guide , is a German-speaking restaurant guide that has been published annually since 1997. The editor is Dieterippenhauer. The guide is published by HDT Medien GmbH and appears in cooperation with Arvato AG , a subsidiary of Bertelsmann AG .
In its current edition, over 4,200 restaurants are rated from one to five toques and hotels from two to five stars plus in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Alsace and South Tyrol.
