The diocese of Massa Marittima-Piombino ( lat. : Dioecesis Massana Plumbinena , ital. : Diocese of Massa Marittima-Piombino ) is in Italy located diocese of the Roman Catholic Church , headquartered in Massa Marittima .

In the 5th century the diocese of Massa Marittima was established. On May 14, 1978 the diocese was renamed to its current name.
