The Diocese of Santa Rosa ( lat. : Dioecesis Sanctae Rosae in Argentina , span. : Diócesis de Santa Rosa ) is in Argentina situated Roman Catholic diocese , based in Santa Rosa de Toay .
history
The diocese of Santa Rosa was founded on February 11, 1957 by Pope Pius XII. built with the papal bull Quandoquidem adoranda from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Bahía Blanca and the Diocese of Mercedes . It was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Bahía Blanca as a suffragan .
