history

Early years (2011 to 2016)

A black panther

The team was founded in 2011 as Black Panthers Brackwede and has had its current name since 2015. The black panthers use various sports halls in the Bielefeld city for their home games. Most of the games are played at the Carl Severing Vocational College. The sports hall at the Brackwede grammar school, the Rosenhöhe 2 sports hall and the sports hall at the Kuhlo secondary school were also used in the past. In 2013 the team was promoted to the WFLV Futsal League , the top division in North Rhine-Westphalia, as the Westphalian champions. After only one season, he was relegated to the Westphalia League with only two wins and one draw. The low point of the regular season was a 3:18 defeat at Holzpfosten Schwerte . In the relegation relegation they could initially prevail in the semifinals against the DJK Mauritz with 3: 2, but then the black Panthers lost the relegation final with 3: 6 at the Futsal Panthers Cologne .

A year later, the Brackweder were one point behind UFC Paderborn runner-up and came in the course of the season to a 31: 4 victory over their own second team. The final of the Westphalia Championship 2015 was lost to UFC Paderborn 4-5, so that the direct re-promotion was missed. The top scorer in the season was Malte Siekmann with 60 goals ahead of his teammate Sven Tischbierek with 52 goals. Sven Tischbierek was also voted the most valuable player in the Futsal Westphalia League this season by the league's coaches and captains.

In the following 2015-16 season, the Black Panthers did better. After a league reform, the Bielefeld were grouped into the newly created Oberliga Westfalen. The team of coach Goran Novakovic secured the championship and promotion to the now Futsalliga West division ahead of schedule . Except for a 7: 7 against Futsal Lüdenscheid , all games were won, including a 22: 7 against Deportivo Unna . Also in 2016, the Bielefeld team secured the WFLV Futsal Cup with a 6-1 final victory over the Bonn Futsal Lions . Hakim Aytan scored four times in the final for the Bielefeld team. In the quarter and semi-finals, the wooden posts from Schwerte (12: 5) and the Futsal Panthers Cologne (2: 0) were defeated.

Establishment in the Futsalliga West (since 2016)

The team got off to a good start in the 2016/17 season of Futsalliga West and surprisingly secured the autumn championship . The black panthers finished fourth at the end of the season, three points behind their local rivals MCH Futsal Club Sennestadt . Hakim Aytan was the league's top scorer with 31 goals ahead of teammate Nick Mdoreuli with 29 goals. A year later , the Bielefeld team secured third place in the league. Hakim Aytan was again top scorer with 39 goals. The season was overshadowed by a scandal in the derby against the MCH Futsal Club Sennestadt, which resulted in numerous dismissals and tumult in the stands and a bottle was thrown onto the field. Discussions about a possible merger of the two teams then took a back seat. In the 2018/19 season it was only enough for fifth place, but the black Panthers made the league's top scorer for the third time in a row. Nick Mdoreuli secured the crown with 40 goals from his teammate Hakim Aytan, who scored 39 times.

For the 2019/20 season, the Black Panthers switched to SV Yek Spor Bielefeld. Before that, there were internal squabbles while the long-time coach Goran Novakovic moved to Hamburg for professional and private reasons . Meanwhile, goal scorer Nick Mdoreuli switched to the Futsal Panthers Cologne.

More teams

Women

Since the winter of 2016, the club has had a women's futsal team around the former 2nd Bundesliga players Kira Klemmer , Deniz Harbert and Romina Burgheim , which should take part in the WFLV Futsal Cup from 2017 . In November 2018, an advertisement on the Facebook page caused a stir. The text said: “You like to mess with the referee? No problem, come to us! We have two referees for you! ”The chairman of the Bielefeld district referee committee, Philipp Dräger, described the advertisement as“ tasteless ”and an“ invitation to attack the referees ”.

Beach soccer

In 2013 the Black Panthers in Harsewinkel surprisingly became Westphalian champions in beach soccer . No player from the team had played beach soccer before. With the tournament win, the team qualified for the German championship, where they reached fifth place in Laboe ( Schleswig-Holstein ).
