The Blender See is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony district of Verden . It is located on the eastern edge of the municipality of Blender, which is part of the Thedinghausen municipality .

description

Lake Blender is a 6.3 hectare nature reserve. It has the registration number NSG LÜ 023. The actual lake has a length of about 900 m in north-south direction, it is about 90 m wide at its widest point.

history

By ordinance of August 1, 1936, the “Blender See” area in what was then the district of Verden was declared a nature reserve.
