Reviews

"A spaghetti western who enjoys shooting, but comparatively carefully staged, and with its superficial parallels to the murder of John F. Kennedy seems ambivalent."

“An exciting noble Western whose admonishing and serious undertone (...) cannot be ignored. (...) The milieu [is] good and the actors do their best. "

“(…) Political westerners with strong, often somewhat confused action elements that allude to the Kennedy murder in Dallas . (Rating: 2½ out of 4 possible stars - above average ”

- Adolf Heinzlmeier and Berndt Schulz : Lexicon "Films on TV"

"Presidential murder in Dallas in 1881 serves as the starting point for the usual shootings of revenge in a spaghetti western. Nothing exciting despite the allusion to 1963. For Gemma fans. "
