Bring on the Night is a documentary from 1985 by Michael Apted , which accompanies the preparations of the British musician Sting before his solo career after the end of The Police in a castle near Paris and the first concerts in Paris.

action

The English rock musician Sting rehearses in the French castle Courson ( Essonne ) with his band for a concert in Paris. Recordings of him and his way of composing or dealing with his colleagues are shown, as well as scenes from his private life, such as Sting's involvement in the birth of his son, whom he and his wife Trudie Styler have together. The meticulous preparation for the concert and the concert itself are shown, but also amusing scenes such as a public tour for visitors to the property during a rehearsal by the band.
