Brooker is a city in Bradford County in the US state of Florida with 338 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Brooker is about 20 km west of Starke and about 100 km southwest of Jacksonville .
Demographic data
According to the 2010 census, the then 338 inhabitants were distributed over 154 households. The population density was 241.4 inh / km². 92.9% of the population identified themselves as white , 5.3% as African American and 0.3% as Asian Americans . 1.5% said they belonged to another ethnic group. 2.4% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
