The castle Hünenknfel , also called Hünenknfel , was a hilltop castle in the Bentrop district of Fröndenberg , Unna district in North Rhine-Westphalia .
From the former high moth (tower hill castle) on a high slope above the wide Ruhr valley only a ditch is left . According to legend, it was connected to the north with the Scheda monastery in Wickede (Ruhr) via a 1 km long corridor. A legend tells of a ghostly car.
