architecture

House No. 29 is on the eastern side of the street and is a typical inner-city single - family row house , which corresponds in terms of form and design to the neighboring building No. 31, which was built at the same time. The two-storey plastered building with an asymmetrical facade structure is accentuated on the left by a triple-broken bay window , which is surmounted by a raised gable in Art Nouveau forms .

Access to the house through the right-hand, sloping entrance niche with crowning ox-eye ; Flanking on the left in the high basement plinth is another doorway next to two barred basement windows. The staggered windows on the two main floors - two on the ground floor and three on the upper floor - are, with the exception of the narrower-proportioned bay windows, uniformly rectangular in shape and with profiled sills . The gable field opens a basket arch window divided into three parts by two wall posts ; in the top of the gable is a barred ox-eye.

The surface of the high, steep gable roof breaks through a small dormer window on the right in the entrance axis . The sparingly used stucco ornamentation is limited to simple window frames, door crowns, horizontal decorative tape and flat gable decorations in the forms of geometric and floral Art Nouveau.
