The U-15 South American Football Championship ( Campeonato Sudamericano Sub-15 in Spanish ) is a football competition between the national teams of South America for male football players under the age of 15. It was first held as an U-16 tournament in 2004 and has been held as a U-15 competition every two years since 2005.
